After you've successfully registered as a Star Shopper and without any spending, 'Fan' will be your membership tier
What is qualified spending?
''Qualified spending' means the final payment by purchasing qualified products after deducting discounts. Qualified products do not include corporate gifts, accessories(including metal magnetic clasp cord), gift certificates ( if applicable), service charges and returned products.
If I purchase on designated Chow Sang Sang affiliated online stores, is it regarded as qualified spending?
Yes. However, you are required to register as a Star Shopper before your purchase, and link your Star Shopper account to the accounts of those online stores (if applicable). While you purchase, qualified spending will then be accumulated automatically.
I purchased in Chow Sang Sang stores in both Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR . Can my spending be accumulated together?
Yes. Qualified spending can be accumulated together with purchases at all stores under the banner of Chow Sang Sang Group and Dian Jing Pin ︳Chow Sang Sang Group. The conversion rate of cumulative eligible net spending in HKD/RMB/MOP is 1:1, and that of TWD is 1:0.25.
What is the validity period after I've become a 'Classic Member'? How can I renew my membership?
The validity period of 'Classic Member' expires on 31 December of the following year after join date. You can renew your membership for one year by making a purchase of any qualified products in the last calendar year of membership.
How can I upgrade to 'Prestige Member' after I've become a 'Classic Member'? How will my membership be counted after the upgrade?
After you've become a 'Classic Member', if you make any qualified spending up to $10,000* during your membership, you can become a 'Prestige Member' immediately. Your membership period expires on 31 December of the following year after upgrade date.*The conversion rate of cumulative eligible net spending in HKD/RMB/MOP is 1:1, and that of TWD is 1:0.25.
If I make no purchase in the last calendar year of membership after I've become a 'Prestige Member', what will happen to my membership tier?
Your membership tier will be downgraded to 'Fan'. It is recommended that you renew your membership for one year by making a purchase of any qualified products in the last calendar year of membership, in order to continue the exclusive savings, member promotions and Member Referral Rewards.

The shopping privileges of 'Prestige Member' are applicable in all stores under the banner of Chow Sang Sang Group and Dian Jing Pin ︳Chow Sang Sang Group. They can also be used on Chow Sang Sang Official Website, but not on the designated Chow Sang Sang affiliated online stores.

What shall I do if I'm already a 'Prestige Member' and I want to refer a friend or relative to join Star Shopper Programme?
You can check your membership ID in your electronic membership card, and then tell your friends and family about your registered mobile phone number and membership ID. When they've successfully registered as Star Shopper, show us your registered mobile phone number and membership ID during purchase. The referral process is then completed.

How to register as a Star Shopper?
Fill in your personal details on Star Shopper page, and verify your mobile phone number. You can become a 'Fan' of Star Shopper right away.
Channels of registration include
- the Group’s Brand stores;
- the Group’s official eshops including eshop on the official website and official Wechat eshops;
- the eshops operated by designated e-commerce platforms (“Designated e-Commerce Platforms”);
- official online membership page;
- official social media page (including WeChat member page); and
- official mobile application
What are the Star Shopper Privileges?
Once you've registered as a Star Shopper, you can enjoy an array of exclusive services and privileges, including news of our latest jewellery collections, personalised concierge service, and invitations to exclusive events. You will enjoy even more recognition and privileges when you attain higher Star Shopper Membership Tiers by reaching the designated spending amounts. What shall I do if I haven't received my mobile phone verification code while I'm registering as Star Shopper?
Please double check if the mobile phone number that you entered is correct. A SMS message with verification code will be sent to your mobile phone immediately. If you still haven't received the SMS message in 5 minutes, you can click 'Re-send'. If you need further help, please contact us.
Do I get a membership card as Star Shopper?
After registration, every Star Shopper will be given one electronic membership card which contains a unique member ID and QR code to facilitate your enjoyment of our privileges.
6. My account
After I logged in the Star Shopper page, what kinds of information can I find in my account?
From the Star Shopper Programme website, you can review your personal details, your membership tier, purchase history and your account balance.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
You can gain access to the login page of Star Shopper page, choose 'Forgot Password' and enter your mobile phone number/email address, first name and last name. Click 'Send'. We will then send you a message with instructions on how to reset your password through SMS message or email.
How can I change my personal details in my account?
You can login to Star Shopper page and change your personal details at 'My Account'. Due to security reasons, you cannot change information regarding first name, last name, title, and birthdate. If you would like to update this information, please contact us.
What are the uses of electronic membership card?
Electronic membership card contains your unique member ID and QR code. You need to present your electronic membership card at our stores to verify your identity when you purchase and other personalised services.
After I logged in the Star Shopper page, why do I still need to provide extra information such as wedding anniversary and occupation?
The additional information assists us in recommending the most appropriate products and services to you. Therefore, if you need to renew your personal details, please amend them in the Star Shopper page.
