What if the product or size I want is out of stock?
If the product or size you want is unavailable or out of stock, click the ‘RESERVE IN STORE’ button on the Product Page and complete the form. A Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly after to help you find a piece that matches your requirements.
Can I get the same style but with a different diamond?
If you see a style you like, but the diamond specifications offered online are not what you wished for, please contact us for assistance. We will try our very best to help you find your perfect piece.
Can I order a gift online?
Yes, ordering a gift online is easy. Simply choose your gift item and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you can add a personalised message which will be printed on a gift card. Finally, the jewellery and gift card will be delivered securely in our signature, gift-ready packaging.
I’m based in Hong Kong, China, but can’t seem to place my gift order for delivery in Mainland China. What should I do?
To ship a gift to a different country/region to where you are based, you must select that country/region before shopping. For example, if you are in Mainland China and buying for a friend in Hong Kong, China, you must select our Hong Kong, China website for shopping. All merchandise offered on our website is available at the same price in our stores. However, from time to time we may run different promotions or special offers exclusive to our website that do not apply in stores, or vice versa.
Owing to fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gems, prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Chow Sang Sang merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
Gold and Platinum Jewellery
For Gold & Platinum jewellery with the pricing method ‘Priced by Weight’, the final amount is calculated based on the following formula:
Product Weight (in tael) x Gold or Platinum Sell Price per tael* + Labour Charge
*Gold & Platinum Sell Price per Tael is indicated under ‘Gold Price’. The rates displayed are subject to change without notice. For your reference, 1 tael = 37.429g = 1.2033oz

4. Shipping information
1. In-store collection (Only available for branches in Hong Kong, China and Macau, China)
In-store Collection is a complimentary delivery-to-store service available at most Chow Sang Sang stores in Hong Kong, China and Chow Sang Sang Group Branch in Macau, China. You will find the full list of stores at checkout, when you select your delivery method.
*Please allow 1 extra business day to process orders with engraving.How do I collect my order?
When collecting your order, please bring the original copy of your identification document of yourself or the person collecting for you and a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email (this can be printed or displayed on your phone). You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.
Can I collect the order on behalf of the receivers?
Yes. Please ask the receivers to contact CS for the arrangement first. When collecting the order at store, the collector will be asked to present the original copy of his/her identification document, along with a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email sent to the receiver. The collector will be required to sign for the order upon collection.
How long will my order be kept for?
If your order isn’t collected from our store within 90 days, then it will be returned and refunded.
How will my online order be packaged?
Your order will be packed in Chow Sang Sang’s signature jewellery box.
When will my order be delivered?
Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes two business days for Hong Kong, China in-store collection where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sale or for customized items. Adverse weather conditions are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a call from us on the day of delivery to confirm the delivery time. Parcels will require a signature and presentation of your valid ID on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will contact you at a later time to arrange a new delivery date.

Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding Public Holidays)
Delivery may be cancelled in case of adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to set up a new appointment.
Outlying Islands and non-urban areas require extra days for delivery. Please contact us for more details.
