7. Shipping and collections
We shall deliver the goods you ordered (the order of which has been accepted by us) ("the Merchandise") to the address you give when you place your order, unless you have selected the in-store collection service.
We endeavour to dispatch the Merchandise within 2 to 3 business days (1 additional business day for engraved orders) after the order has been placed and accepted by us. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Chow Sang Sang is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes and unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, flood fire or theft etc.

Our store shall not be obliged to make the Merchandise available for collection unless presented with the 'Ready for Collection' email and a valid photo ID of the person named as collector when the order is collected.
Chow Sang Sang insures each Merchandise during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your designated address or is collected. We require a signature for any goods delivered or collected, at which point the risk of loss of the Merchandise passes to you. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then you agree that the recipient's signature shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, as well as the passing of risk.
If delivery cannot be made to your address, we shall be entitled to refuse to accept your order or cancel the contract (as the case may be), and in such event we shall refund to you the payment you have made for the goods.
