1. Our policy for online purchases
Star Concierge Exclusive “Shop Express” Service, boundaryless online shopping & delivery to Mainland China
Applicable items
Selected fixed price gold, platinum, K-gold and gem-set items with original price not exceeding HK$20,000 (items cannot be imported to Mainland China due to copyright or legal requirements are not included).
Delivery time and costs
Items will be delivered via “Shop Express”. Due to shipping restriction, no more than 2 items can be shipped in each parcel which a shipping cost of HK$130 per parcel and a 12% additional service charge based on value of Items which include duties and tax paid on behalf to customs, insurance and other service charge will be charged. The additional service charge will be waived for orders placed via Star concierge. Chow Sang Sang reserves the final right of interpretation and decision. Chow Sang Sang will declare the price of items as stated on the receipt for customs clearance.
Items will be dispatched within two business days after the order has been placed (please allow 1 extra business day for engraving orders). Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a “Your Order has Shipped” email with a tracking number for checking your order status via “Shop Express” tracking system. It takes around 7 to 14 business days for shipping to Mainland China. Please note that estimated delivery time does not include additional delays caused by national events, shopping festivals, national holidays, inclement weather or customs clearance.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
Jewellery will be packed in “Protection Bag” for “Shop Express” service and remained sealed during transit. Most of the jewellery will be packed in Chow Sang Sang’s signature jewellery box, and then placed in a cardboard box for strengthening protection during delivery.
My jewellery arrived damaged
If the jewellery is damaged upon arrival, please keep the “Protection Bag” sealed and notify “Shop Express”(+86 400-181-1551 / +852 3575 8366)or Chow Sang Sang customer service (eshop@chowsangsang.com / +852 2912 3123) immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Please note that the order will not be eligible for any return, exchange and insurance claim if the “Protection Bag” has been opened.
Return & exchange
Items delivered using “Shop Express” is not eligible for return and exchange. Please refer to “Group's Policy of Return and Exchange of Merchandise” for details.

2. Our policy for store purchases
1. “Shop-Express” service is available for selected gold, platinum, K-gold or gem-set items within $20,000 or watch within $50,000 (according to local currency), except gold bar, jade and items which cannot be imported to Mainland China due to copyright or regulatory requirements.
2. Delivery charge for each courier bag is HK$130 in Hong Kong or MOP200 in Macau. Each courier bag can contain 2 items of selected gold, platinum, K-gold or gem-set or 1 item of watch and 2 pieces of gift with purchase, if applicable. (Jewellery, gold ingot, refined gold ingot or clasp cord or watch cannot be considered as gift with purchase)
3. Service Charge equals to 12% of the total retail value of the parcel and 12.5% for watch within HK$20,001-50,000, including import duty, insurance & other miscellaneous charge paid by the “Shop-Express” to the customs on behalf of the sender.
4. Service Charge can be waived for selected items. Please refer to promotion details in our shops. Chow Sang Sang / Emphasis Jewelry Company Limited reserves the right of final decision and interpretation of this offer.
5. Estimated delivery time to Mainland China is 7 to 14 working days if sent out from Hong Kong (extra 2 working days needed if sent from Macau), delivery time may be extended due to national events, shopping festivals, statutory holidays, bad weather or customs clearance.
6. The consignor should verify the item to be sent is consistent with the receipt and witnesses the item to be put into the “Value-added Protection Service Bag” provided by “Shop Express” (applicable for purchase at branch only).
7. The “Value-added Protection Service Bag” will be sealed for the whole delivery process. If the jewellery/watch is damaged upon arrival, please DO NOT open the “Value-added Protection Service Bag” and notify “Shop Express” at (+86 400-181-1551 / +852 3575 8366) or Chow Sang Sang Sang / Emphasis Jewelry Company Limited customer service (eshop@chowsangsang.com / +852 2912 3123) immediately. Please keep all packing materials. Please note that the order will not be eligible for any return, exchange or insurance claim once the “Value Added Protection Service Bag” is opened.
8. Chow Sang Sang Sang / Emphasis Jewelry Company Limited will not bear any legal liability or loss to the consignor.
9. Items delivered by using “Shop Express” service are not eligible for return and exchange.
