Once your order is ready, you will receive a call from us one day before delivery to confirm the delivery time. Parcels will require a signature and presentation of your valid photo ID on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.

Delivery Hours:
Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Delivery may be cancelled in case of adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to set up a new appointment.

Chow Sang Sang In-store Collection is a complimentary delivery-to store service available at all Chow Sang Sang stores in Hong Kong. A 'Ready for Collection' email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup. Please note the following collection times*:
- Order by 4pm, available for collection by 6pm, 1 business day later
- Order after 4pm, available for collection by 6pm, 2 business days later

When collecting your order, please make sure that you bring a valid photo ID and a copy of the 'Ready for Collection' email (or show it to us on your phone or tablet). If a friend collects the order on your behalf, please make sure they have a copy of the 'Ready for Collection' email and their valid photo ID.

International Delivery Times & Costs
We offer delivery to over 40 destinations worldwide. Select your shipping destination from the drop down to see estimated delivery times and cost.

Parcels will be dispatched within 3 days after the order has been placed (please allow 1 extra business day to process orders with engraving). Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a 'Your Order has Shipped' email with a tracking number. With this, you can check your order status via our carrier's tracking system.

Product Exclusions
Most of our products are available for International delivery but some exclusions do apply.

Exclusions include:
- Pure gold electroformed ornaments

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination region standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining the products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination region.

Insurance
Chow Sang Sang insures each merchandise during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you or is collected. We require a signature for any goods delivered or collected, at which point the risk of loss of the merchandise passes to you. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then you agree that the recipient's signature shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, as well as the passing of risk.

If the package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +852 2912 3123. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Our Customer Service Representative will let you know the next step.
